Terms & Conditions & Project Delivery

Welcome to Golden Blu Music. By submitting a project inquiry or collaborating with us, you agree to the following terms and working practices.

1. Collaborative Philosophy We operate as a highly collaborative studio. We work hand-in-hand with every artist to bring their unique creative spark into an orchestrated reality. Because music production is an artistic and iterative process, both parties agree to communicate openly and respectfully throughout the project.

2. Timelines and Scheduling We understand that every musical project has its own unique rhythm. While we are currently accepting project inquiries for the Summer/Autumn 2026 season, specific project timelines, milestones, and deadlines will be mutually agreed upon in writing before formal production begins. Timelines are subject to change depending on the complexity of the arrangement and the responsiveness of the collaboration.

3. Booking & Payments To secure a select production slot in our schedule, a deposit or formal booking agreement may be required. Detailed financial terms, revision limits, and payment schedules will be clearly outlined in a separate, personalised project agreement before any work commences.

4. Intellectual Property & Copyright All rights regarding song ownership, master recordings, songwriting credits, and publishing royalties will be explicitly negotiated and agreed upon in writing for each specific track. We respect your intellectual property and ensure all ownership rights are clearly defined before a final track is released.

5. Digital Delivery Upon project completion and final payment, your finished musical files (such as high-quality WAV, MP3, or stems) will be delivered securely via digital download links (e.g., Google Drive, Dropbox, or WeTransfer). We do not ship physical media.
